  • Sent a job invitation offer to all researched virtual assistants via onlinejobs.ph, online 9 out of 48 candidates have replied to the offer. I have added their contact details into the VA Profiles Updated.xlsx. I have sent all of them an invitation via skype and I have also conduct interviews with two of them.

Please review VA Profiles Updated.xlsx for more details as I have added some more columns about interview assessments. Although you asked me to initially interview and manage the full-time VA independently, but I really want that you have a voice interview with the final two candidates and have a look at their submitted work samples.

Although not all 48 employees have reacted to the sent job invitation, otherwise It would have been almost impossible to conduct so many interviews with all of them. I think this would be best if we sent a pre-written email with our terms and requirements and sent them initially. If they agree upon our terms, only then we follow the interview process with them. For this purpose, I have created a sample email template, please have a review of "First Reply Template" saved in the FULL TIME VA folder. Please have a review of it and let me know about your feedback on this.

Party Games Website Update:
  •  Here are recently published Scary games:
    • Scary Game for Parties - The Monster

  • Distributed more pages to RSS Feed.
  • About the C2 merged posts research, I am in process of adding basic categories and tags to each of the shortlisted C2 page so that we can combine many posts that have the same categories. The task is still in process.

Other Administrative Support:
  • Sent more email messages via different list mailing accounts.
  • Listened to your audio message about SBI! C2 Guide and created a pdf out of the training material. Also created separate pdfs for each internal link and attached to the main Pdf. Please have a review of the folder 7.C2_Guide located into the Full Time VA folder.

    • Removed the explicit content that you highlighted in the work update feedback video from 18+ Sexy sleepover - More guys than girls larger ratio=better.

    • About how to edit signature within AWeber, here is the procedure to edit a signature:

    • Although I have updated the signature within the above form, but still changes aren't automatically made to all list messages. Therefore, I had to replace the old signature box from all emails manually.
    • Listened to the audio which you recorded while driving and asked for my feedback, the audio quality was good and easy to understand. Although the volume of the audio was low than usual but still it was clear enough to understand.
    • In another audio, you asked me to send newly recorded transcription files to ABI, so I have uploaded these files to her Dropbox folder and also sent her an email about the transcription. The interview transcript is still in your Dropbox.

     oDesk TeamRoom App Research:
    • I have watched other feedback  videos that you saved into the Dropbox. In one of the videos you asked me to download and research tips and tricks using oDesk TeamRoom app. Actually oDesk doesn't have an official TeamRoom app.  However, there are some oDesk related applications available at Google play store. Some of these are:
      1. oDesk Wizard: Although this app is free of cost, but its not a TeamRoom application. You cannot use it for sending messages, you cannot access your reports and even you can't apply for jobs. In the past you can see your work diary by using this application, but now it has became even worst, most of the navigation items don't work. Total waste of time.

      2. oDesk: Although the app is free, but my device is incompatible with it so I cannot download and use this app. Also most of the reviews suggest that it also doesn't serve the purpose and has a lot of bugs.
      3. oDesker: This app has been recently launched, but its not free. Although message center functionality is currently not in place, but its on the top of their coming soon features priority list. However the average rating is 3/5.

    • Fixed the broken link which you sent me via LinkFixIt! report. Also checked both website via Brokenlinkcheck.com and fixed all broken links for both websites. Catch for android link on Fiverr page is still broken.
