  • Created another aweber form for RHC, created and and added a split test code with the previous one.
  • Also created and split tested aweber pop up forms, It was completing distracting the mobile version, I have tried enough to disable the javascript code for mobile devices but the code is not working with Aweber pop up forms. At the end removed the pop up form.
  • About the pdf tracking: I have implemented the pdf tracking by downloading and uploading the .js file and adding the provided code into the <head> section, but I have one confusion. In the original SBI post, it was advised to place the given code into the <head> section above Google analytics code, but you haven't put the Google analytics code to the <head> section. In Fact you've placed the Google analytics code into the footer. So please have a review of this. Also we have to wait for 2-3 days to get GA results.
  • Researched and placed a picture into Aweber subscription thank you page. Also made other said changes to this thank you page.

  • Also made all said changes to Confirmation Thank you page.

Party Game Website Update:

  • Rotated More DUYP pages via Rss.

  • Researched one image for each story and submitted to party games website.
  • Transcribed and submitted the comment under the said post.

ListMailing Support:

  • Sent messages via more list mailers where available with new tracking links
  • I think it's okay that I send mails via different mailers because it doesn't take much time. It also allows me to track work more closely.
  • About another question where you asked me about Aizha's productivity and comparison and specifically asked about how many hours are sufficient for list mailing tasks, at the moment she is working around 30-40 minutes daily. So I think that 5-7 hours/week are more than sufficient for her. That means that she would consume a budget of around $25-30 month.

Work Update - Creation of Same Domain Email ID with Zohomail

Work Period: July 04 & 05, 2013
Hours Worked: 5:10 @$2.22/hour
Money Paid to Me (Virtual Assistant): $10.33*
(*Exclusive of $1.14 charged by oDesk)
Overall Difficulty of Tasks: Medium

(A screenshot from today's work diary)
  • Completed the verification process of party games website domain email account via zohomail. Its perfectly working now. Also changed the basic email address. All login details are saved to All_Logins spreadsheet.

List Mailing Services' Update:

  • Reviewed Aizha's work, Sent more advertising emails via different list mailers (where available).
  • About Aizha's productivity: Here is her latest productivity report
  • About the speed comparision with me, I think I am able to earn more credits because I have a faster PC than Aizha. For this kind of task, its very important that you have a fast PC because it involves opening of a lot of tabs at the same time which takes a lot of CPU and RAM usage.
  • I am not sure whether you're already aware of that or not, but I actually asked for the system specification and internet speed screenshots from all shortlisted candidates, but unfortunately all candidates had almost similar PC specifications. That is why I wanted to split test this with another candidate. Otherwise I am closely reviewing her screenshots and I think she is doing it right way.
  • About the list mailer training manual, Aizha has only asked me about where she would get credits information in each list mailer. To explain that I created another manual showing and explaining it with illustrations. I have saved the said training manual into the same Dropbox folder.
  • About tracking and comparison of all list mailers, it was not possible to create various short links with the same original link. For example; from our blogger landing page we can only create one shortened link, therefore I created individual tracking link for each list mailer within the viralurl and will use a separate link for all list mailers in future.

Party Games Website Update:

  • Approved more stories from Mechanical Turk batch
  • Rotated more pages via Rss.
  • Here is the newly published story:
    • A game of sexy truth or dare turned into a lifetime memory.
  • Received two new submissions, one was too explicit. therefore moved that to explicit Published the other one after cleaning and formatting it up. Please have a review: Funny Naked Dares for Those Who Have Guts

Administrative Support:

  • Prepared basic instructions for transcription work and forwarded to Aizha with an audio file. Unfortunately this didn't worked out well, she took 2 hours when transcribing 524 words and quality of the transcript was also not up to the par. Still it needs some proofreading.
  • Researched some information regarding impressum. Please have a review of Impressum Research.docx
  • Renewed all craigslist ads for both virtual assistants and employers

Work Update - Setting Up an Email ID with the Same Domain Name

Work Period: Jun 25-26, 2013
Hours Worked: 9:10 @$2.22/hour
Money Paid to Me (Virtual Assistant): $18.33*
(*Exclusive of $2.02 charged by oDesk)
Overall Difficulty of Tasks: Medium

(A screenshot from today's work diary)
  • I have successfully set up an email with domain
  • Also updated MX it!, but it will take around 24-48 hours before I can get emails to zoho.

Party Game Website Update:

  • Published a new batch of stories via Mechanical Turk as all existing stories are already published.
  • Approved 4 of them, check for plagiarism, research a creative commons photo for each story and submitted to party games website.
  • Researched some aweber email signup form templates, Please see Dropbox
  • Regarding explicit stories and comments: I don't know what to do with the explicit comments. For stories I have an idea, but I don't know how effective would it be. What about creating an ebook out of these stories and give it to visitors who are actually looking for some adult content. I don't think that this will cause us any problem. I have tried to research it from Google TOS, but couldn't find any satisfactory answer. Adding these stories to another blog will also be another option, but linking that adult blog with our party games website would be again risky.
  • Rotated more pages via Rss
  • Here is today's newly published stories:
    • The Fox Piss Squirt Dare
    • Who Hasn't Had Gay Thoughts
  • Received a user submitted story, posted it after little formatting. Also researched an appropriate photo for it. Used ‘nofollow’ ‘noindex’ as it was less than 300 words. Please have a review of 'Crazy 16th Birthday'

Administrative Support:

  • I have checked various ideal helper pages, none of these have any html code in the head section.
  • About the Transcriptionist, unfortunately I already emailed her and asked her working plan and availability, therefore I couldn't include your suggestions into the email. However, I think we should still wait for another 2 days and then will contact her via odesk messaging system is she doesn't respond to my emails.
  • About advertisespace, I remember that I had access to that in the past and I also updated some information there, but at the moment I don't have any access to it.
  • Regularly Reviewed Aizha’s work and communicated with her.

Work Update - Screening and Hiring of Finalized Candidate

Work Period: June 13 & 14, 2013
Hours Worked: 10:00 @$2.22/hour
Money Paid to Me (Virtual Assistant): $20.00*
(*Exclusive of $2.22 charged by oDesk)
Overall Difficulty of Tasks: Medium

(A screenshot from today's work diary)
  • Hired Aizha after discussing some more about project via skype.
  • Finalized the instruction manual and tracking excelsheet, asked her to first review and read the instructions carefully before starting out the project.
  • Based on your recent instructions, I prepared and sent new work instructions to Aizha. Also created another spreadsheet for measuring her productivity.
  • List_building_tracking spreadsheet was also outdated because during the preparation of training manual, I sent some emails and spent some credits that I didn't update. But now I have rechecked the available credits information from each list mailer and update the excel-sheet accordingly.

  • Aizha needed some clarification about where to get the available credit information for all list builders. So I created a new manual to explain this.
  • Aiza has also started working on the credit generation, I am closely reviewing her work and also tracking her performance and productivity. Today she has worked for 5 hours and has generated 11600 credits in total, averaging 2320 credits/hour. Which is obviously very low average at the moment (as per my calculations, I earned average 6000 credits/hour), but still not bad at all. As today was her first day and she was also following training manuals so under these conditions, the delivered average is fair enough. Will have to wait for some more time to get actual numbers

Party Games Website Update:

  • Rotated more pages via Rss.
  • Here are the recently published stories
    • I Britne, Felt Like a ....
    • Could You Eat What You Feed Your Friend?

Administrative Support:

  • Transcribed and submitted a bloglet.
  • Build and illustrated new tier page 'Craigslist Phone Verification', Please have a review. Analyze it report was not good. Build it as 'noindex' 'nofollow' and saved in drafts folder.

Work Update - Interviewing Candidates via Odesk for List Building Project

Work Period: Jun 11-12, 2013
Hours Worked: 10:10 @$2.22/hour
Money Paid to Me (Virtual Assistant): $20.33*
(*Exclusive of $2.24 charged by oDesk)
Overall Difficulty of Tasks: Medium

(A screenshot from today's work diary)
  • Posted a job opening for the List building task.
  • Shortlisted 8 candidates and sent them a message for more details.
  • Finalized 2 out of 8 shortlisted candidates. Interviewed both via skype, but still I am little confused whom to hire.
  • First candidate is from Bangladesh. He has perfect feedback score, well experienced, written communication skill is good. But the only problem is that he will be available part-time and is also working on a local full time job. Although we'll have a workload around 5-10 weeks, but the task also demands regular work. As I mentioned before that some credit links are expired after 48 hours, and if the list building task is profitable, then we might increase the quantity of workload, therefore it is very important that we hire someone who has the flexibility to work regularly and can increase the working hours in the long run.
  • For the 2nd Candidate:
    • Cons: written communication skills not as good as we expect from a fellow from the Philippines.
  • So I need your input regarding this. There were also some more qualified workers applied, but I don't recommend someone who is very experienced, worked more than 3000 hours, already working on projects worth 5+ dollars/hour. I think these kind of candidates will lose the interest very soon while working at our budget.

Administrative Support:

  • Fixed the link that you highlighted in one of the work update feedback videos.

  • Transcribed and posted a bloglet to ideal-helper, Please have a review.
  • My feedback for outsourcing Craigslist task to Fiverr and getting a phone verified account: I personally think that its good as it works. I am not sure whether it will run in the long run or not (well, we have to wait to see results). What I suggest here is not to use your personal email account because it can get you into some kind of trouble and you can be banned from craigslists. Because there would be a lot of IP changes, this can make your account suspected.
  • About craigslist tracking excel-sheet where craigslist ad URLs weren't active, I have updated the excel-sheet with the correct links, Please have a review.
  • As you advised in one of the audio files, I have created a subfolder in the projects folder, named it as "Project_Evernote", transcribed and put the given notes in BluePrint word document.

Party Games Website Support:

  • Moved Eating Dares (Exported from Mechanical Turk) to list-of-dare-KW-list Excel-sheet.
  • Also Republished the Eating/Drinking Dares HIT for more results.
  • Approved some more eating/drinking dares and put them into the list-of-dare-KW-list
  • Removed the story (You Never Know With the Game of Truth or Dare) from party games website and moved to Explicit Content folder.
  • Added the said link to this story.
  • Rotated more pages via Rss.
  • Here are the newly published stories. Kindly have a review:

Work Update - Preparing a User Manual for List Building

Work Period: June 6th & 7th, 2013
Hours Worked: 10:30 @$2.22/hour
Earned Amount: $21.00*
(*Exclusive of $2.31 charged by oDesk)
Overall Difficulty of Tasks: Easy

(A screenshot from today's work diary)

  • Here are the Newly Published Stories:
    • The Middle School Dare
    • You Never Know With A Game of Truth or Dare
  • Quickly researched some creative commons pictures via google Creative Commons search and submitted all pending stories

New Possible Outsourcing Project:

  • About, I have generated an online sitemap of this website and it has 116 web pages in total. I think its not possible to exactly determine that how many content pages it has because there would be some content 2.0 pages as well. But I think this website would have around 90-100 their pages in total.
  • Regarding proofreading this website, I think the best possible way to do this is with the help of Microsoft word. If you copy the content of any page and simply paste into a word document, it will highlight all possible errors out there, especially double spaces, punctuations and capital letter mistakes. I did it for one of the long pages and I think it would not take more than 5-10 minutes per page.

Blogger Diary Support:

  • There's no doubt that white header is far more better than the black one, Previously no matter how hiqh quality image I've used for it, but it still had some quality problems and the logo was sort of stretched out. Administrative Support:

Hours Worked: 10:30 @$2.22/hour

  • Also Posted both newly transcribed craigslist ads for virtual assistants

  • Transcribed and submitted the comment to Incredible Belly Button Fire Dare.
  • Also included a picture to the same story within the MailOut Manager.

Administrative Support:

  • Regarding the blog post Creating Content While Being Mobile... where the image was not included to the blog page, the issue is now fixed and image is visible now. Although I submitted the image via C2 invitation form, but I think, because the image was only 240px wide, therefore it was not included. Now when I have changed it to 400px, its working fine. Also added the said caption under the photo.
  • Posted another transcribed bloglet, Please have a review.
  • Moved the Virtual assistant diary eBook cover under the homepage poll on the RHC. Please have a review.

Diary@blogger Support:

  • Based on your feedback videos, I have tried to implement changes to the diary overview box. Please have a review.

  • According to your feedback I have tried to change the footer and date color and background so that every page looks separate, but it's not possible to add a horizontal rule between the two blog posts. However you can change the background color of the footer.

  • Changed the link color for diary blog. Please have a review.

Flickr Feedback:

Since I already have notified you that flickr has changed its look and feel, and with their new system, it is very difficult to find relevant pictures over there.

Also it is very slow and time consuming. Although I have some pending fresh stories, but I am not submitting them to DUYP at the moment. Perhaps hoping for a miracle that flickr will improve their performance and reconsider their latest changes.

However, at the moment I do a quick research with Google for creative commons images and if I find any suitable image, I submit it along the story.

Stefan's Photo Research Project:

  • I have highlighted all photo links that can be downloaded for free via free credits or promotions.
  • Time I spent on this image research is 1:50 hours (One hour and fifty minutes)

Free Stock Photos Explanation:

  • As for free stock credits, Here is a website that I mainly use for getting free credits. It always have many free promotions and tricks for getting free image credits. Apart from this website, there are also some similar websites that provide free credit information (for example check out this website)

Free List Builders' Time Calculation:

  • I have calculated estimated time for each list mailer and according to my calculations 3.61 hours are at least required to generate free credits. Besides that I think half hour is required to send the mail through different list mailers and in addition to that at least half hour would be required for cleaning up the mailboxes. Also some of the free credit email links do expire in 48 hours (for example, I never have been able to earn all 7200 credits to viralnugget. Another thing that I would like to bring in your notice again that viralmailprofits is not very effective in terms of earning free credits.)
  • I think it would be nice if we hire someone specifically for this task, because I think that this is a regular task and we need someone who can do this task regularly.
