Virtual Administrative Support:
  • Watched some of the videos you have recently recorded in my absence. Most of the videos are related to the blog marketing academy project, so I watched them carefully.
  • Also, read some of the articles that you advised in the videos.
  • Updated the budgeting spreadsheet for the income and expenses for the month of December 2015
  • Also created a new spreadsheet for tracking income and expenses for the new year 2016
  • Watched the video and made the following changes to the  Free outsourcing coaching page.
    • Removed Aweber policy note from both sign-up forms
    • Removed the unnecessary white space between the image and the content.
    • Removed the scroll effect from the image at the bottom.
  •  A new subscriber has subscribed to the PPG cookbook broadcast, so I have manually added him to the Aweber list of subscribers.
  • Deleted all unsubscribed members from all Aweber lists as you have instructed in one of the high priority videos.

Work Update - PPG Cookbook & Ideal-Helper Homepage Split Test

 PPG Cookbook Update:
  • Updated the PPG cookbook free preview thank you page as you have asked and added a direct link and image to the free eBook preview.
  • Also fine-tuned the payment form on the actual sales page and also removed unnecessary parts from the sales page as you have provided feedback.

Ideal-Helper Homepage Split Test

  • Broken blocks issue on the Ideal-helper homepage is solved now. However, anchor links weren't working anymore, so I have rebuilt and fixed all anchor links.
  • Then created a clone of the homepage without any anchor (jump) links and linked all blocks directly to the respective tier page.

PPG Cookbook Aweber List Update:
  • Created and added the email to the campaigns and removed from the legacy follow-up series as you have asked in one of the high priority videos.

Other Administrative Support:
  • Watched the work update feedback videos and published all reviewed work updates after making necessary changes.
  • Updated the budgeting spreadsheet with all the income, expenses and product & services data. Please have a review of it and let me know if you need any changes.

Work Update - Ideal-Helper Homepage Issue

Ideal-Helper Homepage Issue:
  • Missing text and images on the Ideal-Helper homepage is still not resolved yet, so I have submitted a ticket to the support team for this issue.
  • I am also aware of the part of instructions where you asked me to change the thumbnail for the outsourcing coaching callout box, but at the moment I haven't changed that at the moment.
  • I have signed up to the Amazon associated associates account and as per the process, they have provided me with a security code that I should send you for further process. I have taken a screenshot of that message, so please find it in the high priority folder (Amazon-associates-code.png)

  • Also fixed the banner link.
  • Fixed the "Earn Money Online Outside the US" page for mobile view. Please review and let me know if you need any changes. I have switched the top columns with each other so that the image comes before the signup form on the mobile devices.


  • As you have asked, I have downloaded the ClickMeter WordPress Plugin for PPG site and also created an account to use that. Login details are updated to the All Login Details.xlsx.
  • Also watched more videos from the high priority folder. Some of them were work update feedback videos, so I have published all reviewed work updates after making necessary changes. Else, created Trello cards for all other tasks mentioned in the videos.

Work Update - Penny Pinching Cookbook Sneak Preview and Aweber List Updates

Penny Pinching Cookbook Sneak Preview and Aweber List Updates:
  • Since there is a new subscriber to the PPG list, So I've created a short version of the PPG cookbook for the sneak preview. Please have a review of it and let me know if I should change something because I have created this eBook without any instructions.
  • Also changed the existing cookbook cover page slightly for the sneak preview version.
  • Then applied a new template to the Aweber email and also updated the email so that it looks better. I have sent you a test email, so if you find some time, please review and let me know if you need any changes.
  • Also added this email to the scheduled follow-up series.
  • However, I am afraid that the Squeeze page form is still not functional with the Aweber linked account.

Party Games Website Update:
  • De-merged Great Dares for Guys and Girls
  • Before de-merging that I checked the content via Copyscape and one of the comment was duplicate, so I have removed that from the content.

Other Administrative Support:

  • Checked all tasks from the Producteeve account and moved some of the tasks to Trello. Else, most of the tasks were assigned to Jomvie and not required a follow up anymore.
  • After taking care of pending tasks, I have deleted the Producteeve account.
  • Prepared a new batch for proofreading for Hannah, but at the moment it doesn't reach the required word count, so we'll have to wait a bit more in order to send that for proofreading.
  • Thanks for clarifying the Homepage experiment confusion, I have created a clone for the homepage, but having some problems with the content at the moment. The call-out boxes at the bottom are either blank or don't have images and links. In fact when I try to edit the homepage, I found the same problem with that too. However, the live homepage is fine, but playing with the homepage at the moment is a bit risky, because if I changed something on the homepage, we risk losing the content.

  • I assume that this is a temporary glitch and will check this again in a couple of days. If still not resolved, I will create a support ticket for this.
  • Also, checked this from Firefox and it also has similar issues.
  • Watched the recent work update feedback video and published all reviewed work updates after making necessary changes.

Work Update - PPG Ontrapages Squeeze Page Update

PPG Ontrapages Squeeze Page Update:
  • Please take some time to follow the full sign up process for the PPG Cookbook Squeeze page form, because for me it's still not working well. As you have instructed, I have linked the Aweber email to Ontrapages, but I still can't see that working.
  • After linking Ontrapages to Aweber, I have made several sign ups to the form, but neither of them were added to the Aweber's subscribers list. If you check the Subscriber's data within the Aweber settings, you'll see an un-confirmed subscriber there. I am not sure how to confirm this because I think that the Ontrapages form will only work after this confirmation.
  • After your recent feedback, I have tried to sign up to the list using the temporary email. It worked out well. I think the main problem is how to confirm the Ontraport email. If we find a way to confirm that email, I think rest will be automatically taken care of. I have tried to search the topic, but didn't find any solution.
  • Also, I can't find a way to remove  subscribers within the Ontrapages interface. If you see the 'Contact' tab on the Ontrapages admin area, you'll see three sign ups, but there isn't a way to remove these contacts.
  • So please look into this issue and let me know if I am doing something wrong.
  • Next, thank for explaining how we can add a custom URL for the thank you page. I understand that, but for that we need a new thank you page, I have updated to the Trello card for this task.
  • Also We need an individual thank you page for the Aweber list in order to split test Ontrapages and WordPress squeeze page with the Google Analytics.
  • Besides that, Ontrapages also has their own WP plugin, so we can also use that to split test different squeeze pages.

Other Ebook Related Changes
  • Changed sales page as you've mentioned in one of the recent feedback videos
  • Update footer for mobile and desktop separately.
  • Removed search widget from the bottom of the mobile view
  • Created a thank you page for the sneak preview page and linked to the Ontrapages squeeze page 
  • Uploaded the ebook to the media library
  • There are also some plugins to manage and secure digital downloads. I have tried one of them which didn't work out well (because it doesn't have any option to customized the page, hide menu and header etc).
  • Here are some of the other plugins and tools.
  • Added eBook banner to the sidebar.
  • Also removed the testimonials part from the squeeze page.

PPG Cookbook Squeeze Page feedback.

I am little confused about the PPG Squeeze page and therefore, I need some clarification from your side. As I already mentioned in the previous work update that I have created a squeeze page with the Ontrapages tool, but I am little confused regarding how it will work. I already mentioned this before that we cannot add Aweber forms with this tool and it has its own sign-up form which collects leads. So my question here would be that how we'll connect this page with the Aweber funnel. Do we manually export all emails to the Aweber?

Then another confusion regarding Ontrapages is that with the free account, we cannot customize the thank you page. I have tested the form and when I signed up to the squeeze page, I was redirected to a page with only the text "Form Submitted Thank You".

Next, if we want to split test multiple versions of the squeeze pages (for example, a split test between the normal squeeze page (I made with WP) and the Ontrapages squeeze page via Google analytics, that wouldn't be possible because we cannot add an HTML code into the Ontrapages.

However, this would be possible if we manually export all email data to the Aweber and then set the 'confirmation page' as the destination of the GA goal.

So I can't see a clear working process here and need your feedback on this. Please advise how you plan to work with this procedure.

Update: Thanks for sending quick help for this, I have now linked the Aweber email with the form, but the thank you page is still pending.


PPG Sales Page Update:
  • Created a Sales Page for the CookBook, please review and let me know if you need any changes.
  • Also made all other changes to the eBook that you've asked in a recent work update video.

Other Administrative Support:
  • In a work update video you asked to check if we still have the become the VA somewhere on the site, I have double checked and confirm that this pages isn't embedded anymore on either of the pages. However, there was a pop-up form placed on the main Become a VA page, that I have replaced with an Aweber form.
  • Watched more high priority and work update videos and made necessary changes.
Content 2.0 Administrative Support:
  • Susan has submitted yet another story, so I have published that after minor proofreading and formatting. Please have a review of A Walk in the Park - Part 2.
  • Also added to the Trello card for commenting.
  • Deleted and banned a couple of more spam comments.

PPG Cookbook Updates:
  • Created a cover page for the PPG Cookbook and also made some final changes to the Cookbook ebook draft.
  • Also review the first finalized draft of the cookbook (PPGCookbook v1.pdf) and let me know if you need any further changes to the cookbook.
  • Also created the Sneak Preview sign up page. Please have a review of it and let me know if you need any changes. 
  • I made this page manually, so it has a lot of HTML and CSS work involved.
  • Prior to making this page, I also tried some landing page plugins, but neither of them had the option to add Aweber sign up form to it. For example, review this page that I have made with a plugin, but we can't link Aweber form to this sales page plugin. This is a pro feature.
  • As you've asked, I have created an account with Ontrapages and also created a squeeze page with this. Please have a review of it and let me know if you need any further changes.

SBI to WordPress Conversion:
  • Also converted all given pages from SBI to WordPress. Already updated you on this in another email
